Registration Procedure
The detailed registration procedure for authors and presenters can be found in the notification letter. For listeners, please contact the conference secretary by email. When you submit the registration materials, the conference secretary will contact you within 2 or 3 workdays to confirm your registration.

Registration Fees
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment can be made in USD or CNY. The early bird registration deadline is to be determined.

Notes:1. Regular Author: Submit full paper, present at the conference. Regular registration includes one paper publication. 2. IEEE / HKSME Member Author: Provide a valid member ID (for the first author). 3. Student Author: Provide a valid student ID or certificate from the university (for the first author). 4. Abstract Contributor: Submit abstract only, present at the conference, no paper publication. 5. Listener: Attend the conference without any submission. 6. Extra Paper: For authors who have already registered one paper and wish to submit an additional paper. 7. Extra Page: Each paper is allowed up to 6 pages (or 5 pages as per template). Extra pages are charged at 70 USD / 400 CNY per page. 8. Special discount for South China University of Technology: Faculty and students of SCUT are entitled to a reduced publication fee of 2500 CNY per paper (subject to verification). Please contact the conference secretary for details. |

Notes
1) The papers will be published online in IEEE Xplore.
2) Registration of paper must be done by one of authors of the paper. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
3) The retrieval information of publications listed above only reflects the current situation; if there are any changes, the organizer does not assume any responsibility. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular databases.
4) Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.
5) The conference organizer is not responsible for any accommodation process. You may arrange your own accommodation.
6) Other co-authors can register as listeners.
Cancellation Policy
1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation for non-attendance or withdrawal due to any personal reasons.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserve the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
a) For cancellations made before Mar. 16, 2027, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
b) No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after Mar. 16, 2027.
