Call for Sponsors

ACPEE 2026 aims at attracting a great number of power and electrical engineering people from both the academic and industrial communities. The conference, which is held only once every year, has established an excellent reputation and attracts participants from academia and industry from around the globe.

Utilities, manufacturers, consultants and research organizations passionate about power quality are invited to take part in ACPEE 2026 activities through various support opportunities. A range of sponsorship packages are available to allow you and your company to not only support but to be actively involved in the conference and enjoy the opportunity of engaging directly with the power quality community.

(I) Publicity opportunities provided by the Conference
1. Sponsor reputation: The sponsor is listed in the publicity of the conference as the sponsor and support unit of the conference;
2. Exhibition: Set up a display area outside the main venue during the conference;
3. Advertising: panel advertising, print advertising, etc.
(II) The requirement that sponsoring enterprises should meet
1. Sponsoring enterprises and their products (or services) should be related to the high-quality electricity industry;
2. Sponsoring enterprises should have a good social reputation;
3. The products (or services) of the sponsoring enterprise should be well-known brands in their industry.
(III) Confirmation of corporate sponsorship
After verifying the credit status of the sponsor, the conference organizer will sign a sponsorship agreement with the sponsor to specify the form, amount and delivery method of the sponsorship, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties. Financial sponsorship is subject to receipt.

Diamond	1. Awarded the title of "Diamond Partner," and featured prominently as a Diamond Partner in all conference materials with clear designation. 2. One senior executive is invited to attend the opening ceremony and be seated in the front row of the venue. 3. One representative from the senior management of the sponsoring unit (company) (limited to one person) can attend the VIP dinner for free; 4. The sponsoring unit (company) may send one expert to deliver a technical presentation (technical speech, not a product advertisement) in the main conference venue. 5. A partnership award plaque will be presented during the conference dinner award ceremony; 6. A prominently located exhibition booth for the sponsoring unit (company) will be arranged in the exhibition area outside the conference venue X2 (Booth size: 3m(L) * 2m(W) X2, including background, table and chairs); 7. The company name or logo will be published as a Diamond Partner in conference notices and promotional materials. 8. The company logo will be displayed as a Diamond Partner on the official conference website homepage. A featured report on the sponsoring company will be published, with a website link to relevant company information. 9. A promotional article titled "XXX Company Becomes the Diamond Partner of ACPEE 2026" will be released. 10. The company logo will be displayed on the conference website, conference handbook, and background wall; 11. The sponsor's logo will be displayed on venue direction signs; 12. Conference program booklet: back cover advertisement, with company introduction and logo featured on inner pages. 13. Complimentary full conference Registration X6 (access to all conference activities, conference materials, and self-service lunches and dinners throughout the event); 14. An electronic version of the participant contact list will be provided.
Platinum	1. One representative from the senior management of the sponsoring unit (company) (limited to one person) can attend the VIP dinner for free; 2. The sponsoring unit (company) may send one expert to deliver a technical presentation in a parallel session (technical presentation, not a product advertisement); 3. A partnership award plaque will be presented during the conference dinner award ceremony; 4. Complimentary full conference Registration X3 (access to all conference activities, conference materials, and self-service lunches and dinners throughout the event); 5.
